Welcome Chinese is a new and innovative standard of services specifically designed for Chinese travelers. Its purpose is to improve the degree of readiness of international travel related businesses in welcoming Chinese guests.
Our project is open to everyone, from the single hotel to the big hotel chain. The main requirement to join our community is to be eager to welcome Chinese guests. Once we have received and approved all the required documentation you will receive the official certification issued by us with the final approval of CTA directly at your hotel's address.
Welcome Chinese Certification is valid for one year and with the chance for upgrade or renewal. The time for all the above mentioned verifications, shipment and reception will take between three and five weeks.
